A disciple of the principles of “self-management” she knows hiring managers and company leaders can and must be far better at selecting superior performers and developing team members throughout the talent lifecycle. She has an uncanny way of "hearing" telling information that most people disregard and brings this to clients along with the vision, processes and tools we systematically offer to take talent management to a new and better level.
